Partners in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve financial performance. Identifies opportunities for lowering costs, improving revenue, and creating operational efficiencies. Organizes workflow and communicates effectively to superiors while motivating subordinates. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and statements. Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets.
