Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a Contract-to-continuous basis in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in a large-scale hiring initiative, managing the recruitment process to fill a variety of roles across multiple departments. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions. - Facilitate virtual interviews using structured scripts and questionnaires to assess candidate qualifications. - Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate final interviews and ensure seamless onboarding. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. - Support a large-scale hiring effort aimed at placing over 500 new employees, including entry-level and managerial roles. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure recruitment goals are met within established timelines. - Assist with background checks and verification processes to maintain compliance with company policies. - Provide clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey. - Partner with team leads to ensure alignment and successful execution of hiring strategies. - Contribute to the development and implementation of grassroots recruitment initiatives, including college outreach programs. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the financial services industry. - Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other applicant tracking systems. - Strong understanding of recruitment tools such as CareerBuilder and CRM platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Experience conducting virtual interviews and utilizing structured evaluation methods. - Knowledge of compliance requirements and related processes. - Ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
