Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
+ Acts as a primary external contact for clients across all tiers, responding to inquiries and delivering timely, high-quality insights.
+ Partners with distribution teams to support and drive new business opportunities across intermediary and institutional channels.
+ Develops compelling product narratives, positioning, and messaging tailored to Chartwell strategies.
+ Assists in the creation of presentations, commentaries, and marketing materials.
+ Coordinates with investment teams to support client meetings, due diligence requests, and ongoing communications.
+ Participates in strategic initiatives related to product development, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
+ Supports client service and reporting efforts as needed.
+ Maintains deep knowledge of competitors and peer strategies, including differentiation in investment philosophy, portfolio construction, and performance outcomes.
+ Represents Chartwell strategies in client meetings, finals presentations, and industry events.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Knowledge of:**
+ RJ and RJIM working structure, policies, mission, and strategies.
+ Fundamental concepts, principles, and practices used in the securities industry.
+ Fundamental concepts, principles, and practices of relationship management.
+ Financial markets and products, specifically fixed income.
+ Fundamental understanding of return attribution analysis.
**Skill in:**
+ Interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
+ Preparing management reports.
+ Identifying trends and implementing appropriate corrective action.
+ Operating standard office equipment and using required software.application.to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.

+ Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels including senior management.
+ Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.

**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Finance or related field and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the financial services industry.
+ OR
+ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
**Licenses/Certifications:**
+ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferable or ability to obtain within three years of hire
+ Series 7 license (current or ability to obtain within three months of hire)
