**Job Description** **Join Oracle NetSuite's Dynamic Team** Oracle NetSuite is seeking a dedicated Senior Certification Administrator to join our dynamic Global Learning team, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful administration and management of our industry-leading certification programs. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our certification process, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You will manage the end-to-end certification journey, from exam creation and administration to candidate support and data management. The Senior Certification Administrator will work closely with the Certification Program Manager, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional certification programs. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Certification Program Execution:** Oversee the end-to-end certification process, including exam scheduling, candidate registration, and maintaining certification records. Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and industry standards. + **Exam Development and Innovation:** Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging, high-quality certification exams. Leverage AI and automation to enhance exam creation, grading, and feedback processes, ensuring diversity, validity, and reliability. + **Data-Driven Insights:** Maintain and analyze certification data, generate reports on candidate performance and program outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to optimize the certification journey and inform strategic decisions. + **Security and Compliance:** Implement security measures to maintain the integrity of the certification process, preventing fraud and ensuring compliance with regulations. Stay updated on industry standards and adapt certification requirements accordingly. + **Customer-Centric Approach:** Provide best-in-class customer support to certification candidates. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive and smooth exam experience. Follow up with candidates to gather feedback and continuously improve the certification journey. + **Project Management Excellence:** Manage the timely delivery of certification projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all resources and deliverables are in place. + **Continuous Improvement Champion:** Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance the certification process. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to expand and improve our certification offerings, including practical application exams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** + **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred. + Minimum 6-10 years of extensive experience in certification administration, credentialing, or curriculum development, ideally within the technology or corporate training sector. + Proficiency in using certification management platforms and exam software is essential. + **Skills and Competencies:** + Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. + Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners. + Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data management and documentation. + Proficient problem-solver, able to quickly address and resolve issues. + Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to certification programs. + Strong data analysis skills and experience in generating actionable reports. + **Technical Proficiency:** + Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Experience with certification management tools and a willingness to learn new technologies. + Interest in AI and automation for process improvement is a plus. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
