**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **Position Purpose** The 12-month Nurse Residency and Student Nurse Internship Programs at **Mercy Medical Center** in Springfield, MA, are established under Massachusetts Chapter 88 of the Acts of 2024, allowing eligible senior nursing students and recent graduates to practice nursing while preparing for the NCLEX and completing licensure. Mercy also offers a Student Nurse Intern pathway, enabling final‑semester nursing students to begin working clinically with a guaranteed transition into a New Graduate RN role upon successful graduation and licensure.
