You'll be:** + Supplying all necessary materials to machines and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual carts + Coordinating and scheduling production runs to efficiently meet customer demands + Making accurate entries for production, scrap, and bin movement in Masterpack + Conducting line changeovers and performing first piece inspections for quality assurance + Following detailed work instructions, safety and PPE procedures, OSHA standards, Environmental Health/Safety rules, and ISO requirements + Maintaining a clean, safe workplace; complying with 5S organizational procedures + Achieving daily production/output targets and consistently meeting quality and safety standards + Coaching, directing, and training employees, collaborating with leadership and quality teams on issues **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have previous manufacturing experience (required) + Have operated a forklift and can read measurements accurately (essential) + Possess a high school diploma or GED (preferred) + Demonstrate proficiency in tape measure use and basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals) + Can read, interpret instructions, and communicate effectively in English (preferred) + Have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and show adaptability in a fast-paced environment + Are physically able to stand, perform repetitive motions, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand/eye coordination + 2 years of lead/ supervisory experience **What happens next** Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
