Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Maximize department efficiency, revenue, and technician productivity
Manage service department scheduling and assist with parts ordering
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal parts departments
Review technician inspection reports and manage technician workflow
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding their vehicle's progress
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience (Service Advisor/Writer preferred)
Valid state driver's license and good driving record
Knowledge of:
Automotive service, maintenance, and repair processes
Microsoft Office products
Basic math and financial principles
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Honest, transparent, and professional demeanor
Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems under pressure
Strong organizational and leadership skills
