Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic - Flat Rate + $5 Per Hour Warranty Work | OPTIONAL 4-Day Work Week

Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair all makes & models to factory and dealership standards
  • Perform general repairs, transmission diagnostics, and drivability troubleshooting
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors on recommended repairs
  • Maintain safety standards and a clean work area
  • Work independently while supporting a collaborative shop culture

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience as an Automotive Technician, Auto Mechanic, or similar role (OEM or ASE certification preferred - military training welcomed)
  • Strong skills in transmission and drivability diagnostics
  • Your own set of tools
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Professional work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Experience with Nissan vehicles or import brands (Toyota, Honda, Subaru, etc.) strongly preferred

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs (assist up to 100 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform standard mechanic movements (bend, kneel, squat, push/pull).
