**Job Title: Production Operator**
**Job Description**
The role involves using hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies for diverse applications. Candidates will handle screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, alongside operating production machinery to print solder paste and smaller components. Quality checks are integral before proceeding to the next steps, with computers providing step-by-step assembly instructions. Familiarity with basic computer programs is beneficial for accessing necessary instructions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery.
+ Perform quality checks on assembled products.
+ Operate production machinery for printing solder paste and smaller pieces.
+ Access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions using computers.
+ Log into multiple programs simultaneously to retrieve correct instructions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and assembly processes.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
+ Basic computer operation skills for daily use.
+ Ability to perform soldering tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred: 1 year of assembly experience.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can enhance starting pay.
+ Experience in picking and packaging is advantageous.
+ Background in customer service roles.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
