Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Indirect Tax Transformation Lead to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Finance and IT departments, you will support global initiatives aimed at optimizing indirect tax processes and systems. **What's the Job?**
+ Lead the end-to-end transformation of global indirect tax processes, including VAT, GST, Sales & Use Tax, and withholding, in conjunction with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
+ Define and implement the target state indirect tax operating model aligned with S/4HANA standard processes across various business functions.
+ Evaluate, select, and oversee the implementation of a global indirect tax engine integrated with S/4HANA, ensuring scalability and compliance with evolving regulations.
+ Partner with SAP Finance and Logistics teams to embed indirect tax requirements into core business processes, minimizing customization and technical debt.
+ Manage stakeholder relationships, translate complex tax requirements into functional designs, and provide executive updates on project progress and risks.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of global indirect tax experience within large, multinational organizations.
+ Hands-on experience implementing a global indirect tax engine integrated with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
+ Deep understanding of VAT, GST, Sales & Use Tax, and indirect tax concepts across multiple jurisdictions.
+ Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Logistics processes impacting indirect tax.
+ Proven leadership in large ERP or finance transformation programs, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
