Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Thornton Clinic (PT/1099)
Join Oliver Behavioral Consultants' collaborative and progressive team in supporting Colorado families

Oliver Behavioral Consultants (OBC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to join our multidisciplinary team at our Thornton clinic. This position offers flexibility and can be structured as part-time, or 1099, depending on your needs and availability.

At our Thornton clinic, we offer a truly multidisciplinary model, bringing together speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and mental health providers to support each child's development from a holistic perspective.

We proudly serve families throughout Colorado, including those in rural and underserved areas, through a combination of in-person and telehealth services.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

  • Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in clinic and via telehealth

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Communicate effectively with families, educators, and referring professionals

  • Contribute to team meetings, consultations, and ongoing case reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Telehealth experience is required, as many of our clients reside in rural communities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary or pediatric setting

  • AAC knowledge or early intervention experience

  • Spanish-English bilingual skills a plus
