Description Robert Half's client is looking for a UX Designer for a 1-year contract that is 100% remote. You will design seamless, user-friendly logistics experiences that simplify complex global workflows for buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities: + Lead UX design from concept to delivery, creating intuitive web and mobile interfaces. + Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. + Drive strategic planning and propose innovative, data-backed experience improvements. + Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. + Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor other designers to ensure design excellence. Preferred Skills: + Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. + Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative. + Comfortable working with technical teams in fast-paced, agile environments. + Experience prototyping directly in Figma.
