**Description** Chicken Catcher Role Responsibilities: + Catch assigned number of birds efficiently + Master proper bird placement techniques into cages + Ensure adherence to animal welfare guidelines + Accurately count and record birds loaded into cages DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES - Acquire and put on all required PPE (Safety glasses, safety vest, gloves (optional), arm sleeves (optional)). - Perform routine stretches before starting daily duties. - Walk the house (bed the birds) - Wait for cage to be set on blocks - Open cage door - Catch correct amount of birds - Load birds in cage one hand at a time. - Repeat process until cage is full. - After proper amount of birds placed in cage, shut the cage door EOE/Vet/Disabled.
