**Job Title: Foreman Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Foreman Plumber to oversee and manage a crew on new construction commercial sites. This role involves supervising the plumbing activities and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and lead plumbing crew on new construction sites. + Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing issues in apartment units and common areas. + Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. + Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. + Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of plumbing experience. + Ability to size and install waste, water, and vent piping. + Proficiency in soldering and brazing copper pipe. + Ability to install all types of plumbing fixtures including water heaters/coolers, direct vent and tankless water heaters, dishwashers, toilets, faucets. + Must have a valid driver's license. + Must be able to operate equipment. + Must be able to perform own layouts and read prints. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance, along with a 401k plan.
