Overview:

BIE DSFM Construction is hiring a Subject Matter Expert II to provide expert support for construction program management. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with federal standards. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on construction project execution and compliance.
• Resolve issues to minimize delays and claims.
• Monitor project progress and report updates.
• Conduct site assessments and develop cost estimates.
• Review designs, construction documents, and facility conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Maximo, RS Means, and Adobe.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training (within 2 years).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license.
