In your role as an Environmental Service Tech, you will report to the Facilities Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include performing a variety of cleaning tasks in accordance with industry standards and District policy.
DUTIES
• Dust and sanitize furniture, woodwork, and equipment in assigned areas
• Sanitize, restrooms and remove hard water deposits as needed
• Clean floors using dust mops, brooms, wet mops, floor machine or vacuum in room, halls, and public areas as
appropriate
• Clean vents, fans per cleaning requirements
• Clean fixtures, windows, door frames and upper cabinets per cleaning requirements
• Gather and dispose of trash and waste materials
• Move furniture and other heavy objects as required
• Wipes down and sanitizes chairs in exam rooms and lobby
• Clean and disinfect all high touch areas such as doors, light switches, door handles, and keyboards
• Clean exam rooms following the APIC approved cleaning procedures
• Follow designated duty list and uses approved cleaning products and supplies

You may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. You will be required to travel within the
service area. You will regularly stand; walk; push; pull; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting
