Brief Description: This position is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing new and existing customers in the aerospace fastener industry. Job Activities & Responsibilities + Achieve and strive to exceed sales and margin budget + Develop current and new customers to maximize opportunities + Establish and implement scalable sales and marketing programs that provide top level customer service and communication + Negotiate and establish contracts and LTAs + Manage KPIs, reporting metrics, and regularly report performance to the ELT + Promote AFC Industries Corporate Positive TEAM culture to customers and within AFC + Willing to travel + Other duties as assigned Professional Skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to create and present professional and compelling proposals and sales presentations + Ability to interpret and analyze company financial data + High degree of business acumen + Knowledge in preparing company budgets + Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, with particular focus in Excel Work Experience + 5 years proven track record of successful sales and/or a combination of sales and sales leadership within the aerospace industry, preferably with fasteners + Understanding of aerospace industry regulations and standards Education + Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred Benefits: + 401(k) + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance Target base salary is 130-175k plus commissions. _We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer._
