**Hiring a Logistics Specialist - Pilot Plant Facility** Location: Bridgewater, NJ Contract: 10+ Months ⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM The anticipated wage for this position is between $33-$35.83/hr. This is an excellent opportunity to support innovation in a world-class environment, gain hands-on experience, and work with a dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist the Logistics Supervisor with the ordering and receiving of raw materials. - Coordinate with Product Development Scientists to schedule Pilot Plant trials. - Ensure all resources are available to support the plant schedule efficiently. - Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring pricing complies with Nestlé standards. - Uphold and follow all Food Safety, Food Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered). - Minimum of 1 year of experience managing logistics in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. - Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Preferred Skills** - Strong leadership and interpersonal communication. - Excellent organizational and planning skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. **_Ready to join a fast-paced, innovative environment?
