We're looking for a Client Services District Manager to lead and grow a team of Client Service Managers in your designated region. This is a critical leadership role focused on sales growth, client acquisition, and team development. You'll drive strategy, mentor team members, and play a key role in expanding our impact through meaningful client relationships.
Location: Charlotte, NC, 28216
Pay: $70,000- $90,000 Base Salary + Commissions.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a managerial role
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in the field of stormwater, environmental services, or landscaping
is preferred. - College degree preferred
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of leadership, relationship building, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time within their designated region, including Charlotte, Greensboro, and Atlanta.
- Passion for problem solving and working with people
- Previous work experience illustrating a strong work ethic, an ability to work well in a team environment,
independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed
Key Responsibilities
- Leads team of Client Service Manager Sales Reps within their geographic area of responsibility: Charlotte, Greensboro and Atlanta.
- Actively engages with team members on strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
goals - Oversees and refines estimating and proposal generation processes to achieve gross margin and
pricing targets - Works with the Head of Sales on business development efforts through engaging and acquiring
new clients within geographic area of responsibility. - Along with team members, actively engages with and participates in professional organizations,
including education and outreach, sponsorship, and volunteer opportunities - Leads and supports marketing efforts such as client touch programs and other initiatives aimed at
nurturing and growing client relationships - Coordinates with the Branch Managers and District Manager to communicate scheduling and provide
feedback
