Description We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in crafting visually engaging and user-friendly designs for web and digital platforms. Responsibilities: - Design and develop engaging web and digital interfaces using Adobe Creative Cloud tools. - Create visually appealing advertisements, banner ads, and graphic materials aligned with branding guidelines. - Build and maintain e-commerce applications that enhance user experience and functionality. - Collaborate with developers to implement designs using CSS and other web technologies. - Produce creative concepts and layouts for multimedia content, including Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver projects. - Ensure all designs are optimized for usability and accessibility across multiple devices. - Conduct regular updates and quality checks to maintain consistency and performance of websites. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives. - Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output. - Provide support for graphic design needs across various marketing and communication channels. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Flash. - Strong expertise in graphic design for digital platforms, including banner ads and advertisements. - Solid understanding of CSS and its application in responsive web design. - Experience in developing and managing e-commerce applications. - Ability to create visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement. - Familiarity with usability and accessibility principles for web design. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and marketing teams. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
