In this onsite role, you'll make a meaningful impact supporting adolescents (ages 12-17) in short-term crisis care. As a key member of the Vantage Point North team, you'll provide structure, guidance, and direct support to youth navigating behavioral, emotional, and safety challenges. This fast-paced position is a great opportunity to build your skills in behavior intervention while helping teens stabilize, grow, and succeed-both during their stay and beyond.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Compensation: $16.49–$20.90 DOE
