Sr. Manager, Enterprise Systems
Hybrid model - Mon thru Wed in office - Thur and Fri optional remote
Can be located in Hampton, NH or Boston, MA (occasional travel to each location will be required)

This position plays a leadership role in people development, stakeholder management and SOX compliance. They will play a product owner role in support of Salesforce. This function owns stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Marketing and the equipment teams. Proven leader is essential as this person will lead a team of 4. Coaching, mentoring, developing etc.
NEEDS:
1. True Ownership of Enterprise Systems (Not Just Exposure)
+ Has led (not supported) ERP, CRM, HCM environments
+ Accountable for performance, roadmap, and outcomes-not just administration
2. Proven Transformation Experience
+ Has driven major implementations or integrations (ERP, Salesforce, HCM)
+ Can clearly articulate business impact (efficiency, cost savings, scalability)
3. Operates at the Intersection of Tech + Business
+ Strong stakeholder partner to Finance, HR, Ops, etc.
+ Translates business needs into system solutions (not just technical execution)
4. Comfortable in a SOX / Public Company Environment
+ Understands controls, audits, compliance
+ Has owned or been deeply involved in audit readiness and remediation
5. Hands-On Leader (Not Just Strategic)
+ Can go from roadmap → execution → problem-solving
+ Comfortable in a lean environment without heavy layers
6. Experience Leading and Scaling Teams
+ Has built or matured teams (not just inherited)
+ Focus on operating model, prioritization, and delivery discipline
+ Very strong coaching and mentoring - will lead a team of 4
7. Strong Salesforce + Enterprise Ecosystem Depth
+ Ideally has owned Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
+ Broad exposure to tools like ERP systems, HCM, financial platforms
8. Change Agent Mindset
+ Brings structure, process, and accountability
+ Experience implementing Agile / improving delivery velocity
