Requirements - A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. - Over 5 years of experience in data architecture and system design, with a strong preference for experience in complex industries such as insurance. - Deep expertise in crafting comprehensive data architectures, including modeling, integration pipelines, governance, and scalable solutions to meet business needs. - Hands-on experience in ETL pipeline development and proficiency in Databricks-designing workflows, managing Lakehouse architectures, and using its platform for advanced analytics and machine learning. - Advanced skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and system development. - Robust knowledge of data security best practices, compliance standards, and delivering high data quality. - Familiarity with cloud technologies, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure modern, scalable, and efficient workflows.
