Their success depends on operational precision, regulatory rigor, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate participant engagement, screening, and consenting activities. + Review medical records and screen/schedule participants per protocol. + Guide candidates through the informed consent process and maintain open communication. + Accurately document participant data and monitor study tracking systems. + Respond to data queries and assist with site visits, onboarding, and ongoing compliance. + Ensure adherence to IRB, HIPAA, FDA, and ICH-GCP standards. + Maintain all necessary regulatory documentation. **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in life science, public health, or related field is a plus. + 2+ years' experience in high-call volume, healthcare, or related environments. + Familiarity with healthcare terminology and acronyms. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in clinical research or healthcare. + Familiarity with data entry, EMRs, EDCs, and study management systems. + Knowledge of GCP and GDP standards. **Competencies** + Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. + Independent judgment, integrity, and operational pragmatism. + Exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and patient empathy **Work Environment & Benefits** + Small, growth-stage organization with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. + High visibility and opportunity to help build quality infrastructure. + Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and a diverse workforce.
