This part-time position requires weekend, holidays and evening availability. Supervisor experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Direct Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Buspersons in assigned stations according to restaurant and service standards and specifications, courteously and efficiently. Take food and beverage orders when necessary; retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guests' tables. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant/bar area and equipment. Enforce company's standards, policies and procedures with restaurant/bar staff. Schedule and staff based on business needs. Motivate restaurant/bar staff and maintain a cohesive team. Ascertain restaurant/bar staff training needs and provide such training. Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information. Provide guests with excellent experience to ensure satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for soliciting banquet business and ensuring customer satisfaction with all functions booked. Coordinate and supervise the execution of all banquet functions to ensure clients' specifications are adhered to and that the banquets/events run smoothly and efficiently. Enforce company's standards, policies and procedures with restaurant/bar staff. Motivate banquet staff and maintain a cohesive team. Devise a marketing plan to promote restaurant and generate more business. Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information.
