Our Hamburg Village based dry cleaning company which is now in its 30th year, is adding a team member dedicated to growing the retail division of the company. The successful candidate will use creativity and diligence to identify new prospects and introduce them to our service offering with the goal of on-boarding them as new clients. Prospects are both B2C and B2B. The Manager will have involvement in our digital presence as well.
This position also maintains responsibility for managing our route delivery personnel which is currently a team of 3. This includes learning our route system & software, our customer service standards, as well as each of our route territories.
This position is full time (part time would be considered), offers hourly compensation plus a residual commission, as well as a full benefit package including 401K with company match and more.
