**Job Title: HVAC Installer** **Job Description** Install, replace, and upgrade residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Work with both gas-fired and electric HVAC equipment. Perform system start-ups, testing, and final inspections to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints, system layouts, and manufacturer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Install, replace, and upgrade residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. + Work with both gas-fired and electric HVAC equipment. + Perform system start-ups, testing, and final inspections to ensure optimal performance. + Read and interpret blueprints, system layouts, and manufacturer specifications. + Ensure installations meet local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements. + Diagnose installation-related issues and make necessary corrections. + Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain system operation and maintenance. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Accurately complete work orders, checklists, and required documentation. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience. + Proven experience with gas and electric HVAC systems. + Strong understanding of airflow, combustion, electrical wiring, and refrigerant principles. + Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Sheet metal expertise. + Proficiency in interpreting blueprints. + Experience with ductwork installation. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values professionalism and expertise in the HVAC industry.
