Skills and Requirements - Epic Phoenix certification (verified) - Strong hands-on experience with Epic Phoenix build and configuration - Experience supporting Epic Phoenix in live clinical environments Proven ability to work directly with clinicians in a consultative role - Experience supporting or implementing Phoenix across more than one organization Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running Comfortable working onsite in clinics and traveling as needed Excellent communication skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders - Experience supporting transplant workflows - Familiarity with OTTR or legacy transplant systems - Prior work in complex, high-acuity clinical environments
