Meta is seeking to fill a position on the Reality Labs Consolidations team, responsible for all facets of consolidated Financial across Reality Labs. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Finance organization. You will be extensively involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning, forecasting and support ad hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. **Required Skills:** Finance Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities: 1. Key contributor to providing the leadership team with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities. 2. Driving quarterly close, forecast and day to day financial management, including coordinating with stakeholders 3. Driving Strategic Planning Processes including Budgets and Long Range Plan for Reality Labs Opex/Capex. 4. Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers. 5. Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes. 6. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting/SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights. 7. Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests 8. Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience 10. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent 11. Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts 12. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience with interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively. 13. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14. Consolidation experience in a large company 15. Detail-oriented, adept at multi-tasking and effective prioritization under tight deadlines 16. Effective communication skills and experience to distill vast amounts of information into a clear and concise story. 17. Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision 18. Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end 19.
