THE TYPE OF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE HVAC TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by a commercial insurance carrier
• High school diploma or equivalency
• EPA certification
• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Neat and clean appearance, with a willingness to cover tattoos
• Possess personal tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to gain customer trust
• Coachable, "can do" attitude
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to resolve conflicts or issues openly
• Ability to fill in after-hours and join our on-call rotation
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to interact professionally

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE HVAC TECHNICIAN

You will generally work Monday - Friday, from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with your shift end time varying, depending on need.

As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine cleanings and checks on HVAC systems, inspect ductwork, and present repair or upgrade options to homeowners in a clear and professional manner. You'll troubleshoot potential issues, clean ducts, and assist with maintenance, repairs, and system replacements. When needed, you'll step in to support team members to ensure each job is completed with precision and efficiency. Above all, you'll be the trusted expert that homeowners rely on to keep their systems running smoothly, ensuring their comfort and peace of mind.
