**Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse/Driver** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse/Driver on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Start times may vary slightly depending on the delivery schedule for the day, but you will always have your weekends free. As a company, we value our people as our most important asset, which has been key to our growth and success. **This position offers weekly pay and immediate interviews.** **Responsibilities** + Drive a company van to complete local deliveries for approximately 50% of your workday. + Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. + Work in the warehouse for the remainder of the day, including picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, and general warehouse organization and housekeeping. + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. + Provide friendly, professional service to customers during deliveries. **Essential Skills** + Experience with warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and material handling. + Ability to handle inventory and use RF scanners. + Proficiency in basic mathematics including addition and subtraction. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Comfortable driving a cargo van for local routes. + Capability to lift, move, and carry packages. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training will be provided. + Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. + Enjoys a mix of physical work, driving, and warehouse tasks. **Why Work Here?** Our organization offers a close-knit team environment where everyone knows each other well. The warehouse is quiet and well-ventilated. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
