Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, exceptional organizational skills, and strong proficiency with FOSSE PMS.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
  • Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently across all departments
  • Monitor and support daily hotel functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Utilize FOSSE PMS for managing reservations, guest services, reporting, and daily audits
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance and service expectations
  • Help manage hotel budget, monitor expenses, and support revenue management strategies
  • Act as the property leader in the absence of the General Manager
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
  • Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review

Qualifications:


  • Experience in hotel operations
  • FOSSE PMS experience is required
  • Prior experience working with full service hotels is a plus
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
