Job Description
**About the Role** The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services to ourfinancial services client account to help achieve the company's strategicbusiness objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will lead MEP infrastructure constructionprojects for the client's regional data centers including UPS power, HVAC,chillers, and fire suppression systems. This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of projects from initiation through completion. Role mayrequire up to 25% regional travel to project sites. **What You'll Do** Manage all areas of projectmanagement for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients toprepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project deliveryresources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualificationprocess. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, andrecommend resources to clients. Facilitate the development ofa charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain onschedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Facilitate regular meetings toreview project status for active and pending projects. Collaborate to developsolutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion. Apply advanced knowledge toseek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual anddepartment objectives. Showcase expertise in own jobdiscipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within theorganization function. Coach others to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence)values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at seniorlevels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. Impact the achievement ofcustomer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-disciplineteams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design ofprocedures and policies. Contribute to new products,processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achievingfunctional goals. **What You'll Need** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + MEP construction experience in mission critical facilities required. Data Center facilities experience preferred. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The minimum salary for this position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
