What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Support clients remotely or onsite with a smile and a customer-first attitude.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Utilize critical thinking and established procedures to resolve client needs.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Document all support interactions for transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably in an MSP environment).
  • Experience troubleshooting M365, Windows operating systems, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
