WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Chief Site Supervisor - Engineer, you'll spend your day assigning tasks to your team using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You'll be in charge of making sure building systems run smoothly, including chillers, boilers, generators, fire alarms, and electrical systems. You'll check work quality, solve problems, and train staff when needed. You'll also read blueprints, plan work schedules, and make key decisions when the Project Manager is away. Your goal will be to keep the building running safely and efficiently every day.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CHIEF SITE SUPERVISOR - ENGINEER?

You'll work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some extra hours as needed to meet building and contract needs.

Requirements:

• Journeyman license (HVAC or Electrical License preferred)

• Knowledge and experience across multiple trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Strong background in facility management or service industry operations, including planning and supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Experience in office building and data center environments
• Ability to read architectural and manufacturing blueprints and generate design concepts
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Familiarity with building automation systems and monitoring controls
• Ability to operate common office equipment, including mobile devices, scanners, and phones

OSHA 30 certification is preferred. An existing HSPD-12 determination for work is also highly desirable.
