**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you play a vital role on the production team of the nation's favorite beverage company by operating and monitoring equipment to ensure high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. You will set up machinery, maintain material flow, and perform frequent quality checks throughout the production process. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and learns quickly with a strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with machinery or tools.
+ Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments.
+ Ability to stand on your feet for 10-12 hours per day.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Experience with machine operation in a manufacturing or production setting.
+ Availability to work overtime, including up to 2 additional hours after scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, and up to 10 additional hours on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
+ Willingness and ability to work either assigned shift.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift experience is preferred.
+ Prior machine operation experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
+ Comfort working under structured procedures and quality standards.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a food manufacturing facility with a fast-paced production environment. You will work around industrial machinery and production lines, standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required based on production needs and seniority, including up to 2 hours after scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday and extended hours on some Fridays and Saturdays. The facility follows strict hygiene and safety standards appropriate for food production, which include specific dress and appearance guidelines: no false eyelashes or fake nails, and piercings must be covered with a bandage or tape. You will work in a setting that emphasizes cleanliness, consistent procedures, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
