Description We are looking for a dedicated Bank Teller to join our team on a long-term contract in Rahway, New Jersey. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, assisting customers with their banking needs, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions. This position offers an opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers while growing your expertise in financial services. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in setting up new accounts and guide them through the process effectively. - Provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction. - Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to the business casual dress code. - Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and enhance the customer experience. - Utilize CRM and database tools to manage customer information efficiently. - Identify opportunities to suggest additional banking products or services to customers. - Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies. - Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and courteously. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or as a bank teller is highly preferred. - Proficiency in using CRM software, databases, and Microsoft Excel. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. - Detail-oriented with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately. - Skilled at problem-solving and resolving customer concerns with attention to detail. - Familiarity with banking processes and compliance regulations is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
