**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** Join a growing construction team as a Construction Laborer supporting a warehouse renovation project in Jessup, Maryland. In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople, help install piping systems, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site while gaining valuable experience in plumbing and other construction disciplines. **Responsibilities** + Support plumbers during installation activities by spotting and assisting as directed. + Assist with the installation of piping systems and related components. + Clean and organize the job site regularly to maintain a safe and efficient work area. + Move, load, and unload construction materials throughout the project site. + Support fire protection, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and concrete tasks as needed. + Perform general labor duties associated with indoor construction and warehouse renovation. + Complete other tasks assigned by site leadership, including the foreperson and superintendent. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of indoor construction experience. + Hands-on general labor experience on construction sites. + Experience supporting plumbing work in a construction environment. + Ability to assist with fire protection, electrical, carpentry, and concrete tasks. + Capability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. + Ability to follow directions from supervisors and work safely in an active construction environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in outdoor construction such as site development and concrete work. + Background in composite or site clean-up on construction projects. + Familiarity with warehouse renovation or similar commercial construction projects. + Willingness to learn plumbing skills to support potential entry into the trade. + Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality. **Why Work Here?** You will join a well-established organization with a strong pipeline of ongoing work, offering stability and room to grow your career.
