Job Description
Description In this key leadership role, you will serve as the primary operational partner to the Operations Director, responsible for supporting excellence in daily clinic operations, staff management, and stepping in during the Director's absence to make critical decisions impacting patient care and clinic performance. You will provide hands-on oversight of staff and workflow, ensure seamless patient care delivery, and step in to lead critical decision-making in the Director's absence. This position also plays a vital role in advancing strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance clinic performance and patient experience. With responsibility for financial oversight, you will support budget management, monitor operational performance, and identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality care standards. Salary Range: $86,400.00 - $184,800.00 annuallyQualifications Minimum Requirements: + Master's degree (Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public health or related field) or combination of education and relevant experience + Previously demonstrated Healthcare management experience and expertise in managing patient services and nursing staffing in environment with a high volume of patient visits. + Clinical leadership, planning and change management skills + Ability to demonstrate a high level of diplomacy in persuading and influencing a wide variety of people at various levels to achieve results. + Strong knowledge of industry standards and/or regulatory requirements. + Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze all pertinent information/data to make and communicate decisions to meet the unit's current and future needs. + Effective interpersonal and political acumen skills. + Ability to establish a culture of integrity within their unit and with those external to the units. + Strong knowledge of industry standards, trends and/or regulatory requirements. + Excellent communication skills both oral and written + Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations and procedures to define objectives, identify patterns, and formulate conclusions. + Skill in setting priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities. + Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with faculty, residents, medical students and staff from various social, cultural and economic backgrounds + Skill in communication to clearly convey complex problems and proposals in both formal and informal situations.
