**General Laborer - Fireproofing Support (Denver International Airport)** **Pay:** $25.03/hr **Schedule** : Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm **Contract Length** : 12-24 months (stable indoor work at DEN) **Openings:** 2 We are hiring two reliable General Laborers to support fireproofing crews at Denver International Airport. This role focuses on maintaining clean work areas, assisting with material handling, and supporting daily fireproofing operations. Work is performed in a secure airport environment with consistent hours and long‑term stability. **Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain designated work areas, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials - Assist fireproofers by moving, staging, and preparing materials and equipment - Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment - Set up and break down work areas, including surface protection and overspray prevention - Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and completing tasks as directed - Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE - Work as part of a 4‑person crew operating in 2‑person teams **Requirements** - 1+ year of commercial construction or general labor experience - Comfortable working in an airport environment and following security and safety protocols - Ability to obtain a DEN airport badge - Valid driver's license - Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting - Must be able to meet at the Henderson warehouse at 5:45am for carpool to DEN (shift pay starts at 6:30am) **What This Role Offers** - Stable, long‑term indoor work at Denver International Airport - Consistent Monday-Friday schedule - Opportunity for direct hire based on performance and workload **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.03 - $25.03/hr.
