**Job Title: General Production Worker - 3rd Shift, 10pm - 6:30am**
**Job Description**
The General Production Worker on the 3rd shift operates and supports the variety pack production line, ensuring that cans are properly inspected, packaged, and palletized according to quality and safety standards. This role involves running packaging machinery, handling materials, and following detailed documentation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a fast-paced food production environment.
**Pay: $20/hr + $3 shift differential**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the variety pack machine safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
+ Unload cases of cans and feed them into the packing machine for wrapping.
+ Inspect cans for dents and other visible defects prior to packaging to maintain quality standards.
+ Palletize and stack finished materials in an organized and stable manner for storage or shipment.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including equipment and surrounding workspace.
+ Assist with basic setup and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues or quality concerns.
+ Perform general labor and production support tasks as assigned by leadership.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of experience in general production or general labor in a manufacturing or similar environment.
+ Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
+ Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience.
+ **Ability to work 3rd shift hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.**
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a food or beverage production environment.
+ Familiarity with forklift operation.
+ Strong attention to detail when inspecting products for quality.
+ Reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality.
+ Comfort working in areas that may be hot or cold.
+ Willingness to follow strict safety and GMP requirements, including required protective gear.

**Work Environment**
This is a full-time 3rd shift position with hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. The role is based in a GMP-regulated production facility where team members wear hair nets, beard nets as applicable, steel-toe footwear, and safety glasses. The environment may be hot in some areas and cold in others, and the work involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving around the production floor. The facility uses packaging machinery and related production equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kewaskum, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
