**Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Needed in Kingston Springs, TN** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform reactive and preventative maintenance on all printing equipment used for production. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial printing environments and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on all printing equipment used for production. + Read blueprints with electrical symbols and work with 480v motors. + Perform basic wiring related to industrial maintenance work. + Change out parts for setups and repairs on machines. + Follow lock out and tag out procedures. + Train on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial equipment maintenance. + Proficiency in reading standard blueprints, machine, and process drawings. + Knowledge of maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system. + Ability to estimate labor hours, material requirements, and skills needed to complete a job. + Flexibility to work other shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 4 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance preferred. + Good math skills. + Computer skills including Excel and CMMS. + Ability to sketch or redline existing drawings. **Why Work Here?** Our company values work-life balance and offers a collaborative and supportive work culture. Non climate controlled, but does not get too hot or cold. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
