**Performance Live Engineer**
As a Performance Live Engineer, you will be at the forefront of the digitalization of our industry. You will be based in one of our Performance Live digital delivery centers, where you will learn to direct and execute operations, or monitor autonomous systems for multiple locations from our state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities
+ Operate downhole and surface equipment remotely from the wellsite
+ Manage field operations including engineering design, risk analysis, operation safety and operational reporting
+ Verify the quality of data before delivering digital products to customers
+ Communicate with client representatives and rig personnel during all the phases of well construction
+ Serve as the technical experts of SLB technologies, ensuring the customer is achieving their objectives during operations
+ Provide mentoring, training, and instructions to your field crew to ensure consistent Service Quality
By collaborating with teams across our connected Performance Live centers, you will be steering and optimizing digital delivery on systems that enable safer, more efficient, and consistent operations.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (see minimum qualifications (https://careers.slb.com/-/media/files/careers/early-careers/qualification-operations-2023.ashx) for field engineer)
+ Good verbal and written communication skills
+ Fluency in written and spoken English
+ Tech savvy, fast learner, and good troubleshooting skills
+ Be personally committed to continuous improvement
+ Evidence of leadership and teamwork skills
