Your Role...
The Bank Advisor position assists new and current members with financial needs, including new accounts, processing transactions, and sharing information on Credit Union products and services through in person, phone or digital platform contacts.

The Requirements...
Our desired candidate will have 1-2 years of financial industry or related experience, possess interpersonal skills involving discussions needing confidentiality and the ability to resolve member issues. Familiar with industry related terms and processes a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office programs and computer functions.
Associates degree and achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent preferred. Bachelor's degree in business related field a plus.
This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, rotating weekend Saturday scheduled hours 9:00am-1:00pm.
