Position Overview: As a Mortgage Loan Servicer II, you'll be integral to the mortgage servicing process, ensuring that our members' needs are met efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. You'll have the opportunity to manage mortgage loan portfolios, handle inquiries, assist with audits, and help implement process improvements that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service for mortgage loan inquiries (payoffs, insurance, taxes).
• Manage mortgage servicing portfolios, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Handle lien perfection and release for compliance.
• Work with IT on rate changes and system updates.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform annual escrow analysis and disbursements.
• Assist with General Ledger reconciliation for accurate loan servicing.
• Be a subject expert and mentor team members and foster departmental growth.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years of experience in mortgage servicing or processing, with a preference for servicing expertise.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across departments.
