Job Description

Position: Manager, Insights & Analytics

Position Overview: Are you passionate about storytelling through data? The Manager, Insights & Analytics will be a key member of our Insights & Analytics team, responsible for defining client learning objectives and delivering impactful insights that inform strategic audience targeting, media planning, and tactical optimization. This role works cross-functionally with account, planning, and technology teams-as well as with client marketing and analytics teams and third-party partners-to maximize the value of available data and surface actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client-facing analytics lead, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design comprehensive measurement plans aligned with business objectives and media strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify audience behavior trends, assess media effectiveness, and uncover key drivers of conversion.
  • Provide direction and oversight to offshore analytics teams, ensuring alignment, quality, consistency, and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for analytics initiatives, including timeline development, roadblock resolution, and final delivery.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics within a media agency or corporate marketing/media environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise, with hands-on experience deriving insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with data tools and platforms such as Tableau, BigQuery, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and a solid understanding of the online/digital media ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of offline media channels is a plus.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets, with a working knowledge of ETL processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Competitive Analysis, Brand Lift Studies, A/B Testing, Forecasting, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).


Our office is located in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
