What You'll Be Doing: + Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts (you know, your happy place). + Manage and execute month-end and year-end close tasks like the pro you are. + Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure they comply with GAAP standards. + Handle advanced journal entries, accruals, and revenue recognition with finesse. + Take ownership of key projects like supporting audits and process improvements (because we know you're a go-getter). + Assist in budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial clarity and strategic decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations. Requirements What We're Looking For: + A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field + 5+ years of experience as an accountant, with deep expertise in GL, financial reporting, and external audits. + Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices-basically, you're an accounting encyclopedia. + Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus. + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are second nature to you). + A commitment to solving problems, meeting deadlines, and championing accuracy. + Communication chops and a collaborative mindset-you're the accountant everyone loves to work with.
