Now Hiring: BCBA - Philadelphia, PA
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Philadelphia, PA - In-home, school-based, or center-based, depending on client needs
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually
Work Location: In-person
Schedule: Flexible (Day & Evening Shifts Available, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends as needed)

We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Philadelphia team and play a key role in delivering individualized, meaningful ABA services to children with autism.


What You'll Do

As a BCBA at Flywheel, you'll bring compassion, clinical expertise, and leadership to every client interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs

  • Delivering direct clinical supervision and parent training

  • Supporting RBTs and supervisees to deliver high-quality care

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, comprehensive services

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development events

  • Maintaining ethical standards and documentation requirements in alignment with Flywheel policies and insurance regulations

  • Reporting to and receiving support from the Regional Clinical Director

  • Supporting fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates, when needed


Who You Are

We're seeking a BCBA who brings heart, flexibility, and a strong clinical foundation.
Required:

  • Current BCBA Certification

  • Active Pennsylvania License

  • Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism

  • A collaborative spirit and adaptable approach to care
