Position: Residential

Compensation: Up to $85,000

Status: Full-Time

Category: Exempt

Shift: Monday - Friday, some evenings and weekends

Reports to: Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Location: Ewing, NJ

Job Summary:

The Residential QA & Program Integrity Deputy provides leadership in compliance and operational oversight for residential services. This role ensures regulatory standards are met while using data to monitor and improve key areas including, but not limited to: overtime, scheduling, activities, medical appointments, medication administration, and staff evaluations. The Deputy plays a hands-on role in quality assurance and drives improvements to enhance service delivery and program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program integrity efforts across residential services, ensuring adherence to internal policies and DDD/Medicaid regulations
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement improvement strategies based on findings
  • Analyze program data to monitor trends in staffing, overtime, service utilization, and resident outcomes
  • Oversee operational systems for staff scheduling, activity coordination, medical appointments, and medication management
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation, incident reporting, and billing
  • Support residential leadership in performance evaluations and accountability systems
  • Deliver training and support to staff to uphold quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams for integrated service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (human services, public health, administration, or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential, clinical, or program oversight (I/DD preferred)
  • Working knowledge of DDD regulations and Medicaid service documentation
  • Strong skills in data analysis, audit practices, and quality assurance processes
  • Proficiency in documentation systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Intellectual Curiosity
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 suspensions/moving violations in past 3 years)
