Skills and Requirements · Bachelor's Degree  · 1-3 years of experience in a control room, conflicts management, or relevant legal/compliance role at a major financial services firm Effective communication, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail · Experience with system upgrades or enhancements in compliance or legal operations  · Familiarity with market soundings policy and trade surveillance Exposure to investment banking or asset management environment
